Charter School Incubator Space
Many new charter schools must secured “Incubator Space” due to the budget restraints of not being able to afford a new facility with all the capacity necessary to operate a new school in years one and two.
Our incubation space for newly authorized charter schools can be fully equipped or we can provide space for you to equip via your budget. From the time the charter is authorized until you are ready to move into your new school site.
New School Facility Development
NSCG’s Education Specialists will work with your board to help secure a site that will provide the facility to support your school’s program. We have years of experience in facility development!
We help your team:
- Determine what size facility you need.
- Find a location to build or a facility that can be retrofitted.
- Lead you through the planning phase with our team of architects.
- Help you to secure your funding and/or establish a custom lease to meet your school’s needs.
- Build and/or retrofit the facility.
- Help you to establish a repair and renewal fund to manage your facility maintenance into the “out” years of operation.
